The San Diego County Pharmacists Association and the San Diego Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists have reserved a limited number of Upper Reserved seats to the San Diego Padres versus Cincinnati Reds game at Petco Park in downtown San Diego at 100 Park Boulevard, San Diego, CA 92101.

Our tailgate breakfast will start at 11 AM at Tailgate Park [located on Imperial Avenue and 14th Street], which is where game tickets will be distributed. The area will be prominently displayed with our SDCPhA and SDSHP banners. The easiest way to get to Petco Park is via the trolley. There are also many parking options near Petco Park. For more information, contact 1-800-COMMUTE or www.sdcommute.com for trolley or bus information. After breakfast, we will head over to Petco Park as a group. The baseball game will begin at 1:05 PM.

Less than 20 tickets remain!  Reservations will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, so please fill out the information below and return it with your payment no later than September 1st in order to hold your space. Please list clearly the number of fans for which you are purchasing tickets.
