  1. Understand the requirements of the new Quality Assurance law and regulation.
  2. Recognize the components of a quality assurance program that is in compliance with these requirements.
  3. Be prepared to implement a compliant quality assurance program in your pharmacy. 
  4. Understand the new pharmacy laws that are going into effect in 2002.
