Biographical Background:  Gary Milkovich

Gary Milkovich is a Founding Director of RJM and Associates, a pharmacy and healthcare consulting group, as well as a consultant to the INOVA Health System in Northern Virginia. RJM specializes in assisting clients in realizing particularly difficult pharmacy and health care opportunities and challenges.

He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and did post-graduate training at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in a Nosocomial Infections and Hospital Epidemiology.

Gary Milkovich has been a consultant to Medical Review Organization of Virginia, Health and Human Services (HHS) and the House of Representatives of the United States, specifically for the office of Fortney (Pete) Stark (D-Ca). He holds faculty appointments at the Medical College of Virginia and University of Kentucky Schools of Pharmacy.

Mr.Milkovich has also been a consultant and lecturer internationally to health policy decision-makers in the United Kingdom, People’s Republic of China, Japan, Australia and Italy. He has published papers on pharmacoeconomics and outcomes research in the United States as well as in Europe and Asia.
